During this process we’ll:

  • Eliminate buildup on exterior with power wash
  • Assess if any siding boards need to be replaced
  • Scrape and caulk
Obtaining a pristine exterior is our goal.
Expert Paint Application

During this process we’ll:

  • Prime surface for paint
  • Apply 2 coats of paint (letting it cure in between)
  • Perform touch-ups as needed
Your neighbors will be driving by asking themselves if something’s different!
Clean Up

During this process we’ll:

  • Remove trash left behind
  • Place furniture back in place
  • Clean materials/equipment
It’s almost time to enjoy your freshly painted home.
Quality Check

In this phase, we’ll:

  • Do a final walkthrough together
  • Address concerns and answer any questions.
  • Receive feedback

To optimize efficiency for our painting crews, we maintain a $1,000 job size minimum for exterior projects.

Powerwash and preparation of the exterior surface, paint, materials, and labor are covered in our exterior painting and staining services.

  • Power wash intended area to get rid of any dirt, grime, and build up
  • Replace siding boards if needed
  • Scrape and caulk
  • Protect other surfaces such as trim, windows, and doors
  • Prime the walls to improve adhesion for the paint (when required)
