Preparation

During this process we’ll:

  • Move and cover furniture
  • Repair any cracks/holes
  • Clean surfaces
This first step is critical to allow for the paint to adhere properly leaving a lasting finish.
Expert Paint Application

During this process we’ll:

  • Apply primer for paint to adhere to
  • Apply 2 coats of paint (let it cure in between)
  • Remove painter’s tape while paint is still slightly tacky to avoid peeling
  • Touch up as needed after paint dries
We use products from brands you can trust to ensure longevity to your finished project.
Clean Up

During this process we’ll:

  • Remove trash
  • Place furniture back into place
  • Clean materials/equipment
It’s almost time to enjoy your freshly painted home.
Quality Check

In this phase, we’ll:

  • Inspect before packing
  • Final walk through to answer questions/concerns
  • Receive feedback

Our painting and staining services include, but are not limited to walls, trim, ceiling, cabinets, enamel, accent walls, and stain and varnish.

Each home is curated and personally crafted, therefore each project requires a personalized proposal based on its’ specific needs. Below is a charge of the average cost.

To optimize efficiency for our painting crews, we maintain a $1,000 job size minimum for interior projects.

  • Height of the walls
  • Types of surfaces being painted
  • Type of paint selected (satin, glossy, matte)
  • The colors being used and the colors being painted over
  • The condition of the surfaces being painted
  • Remove furniture and cover floors and fixtures
  • Protect trim, baseboards, and adjacent surfaces using painter’s tape
  • Treat walls and trim to get rid of dust, dirt, and grime
  • Repair any holes, cracks, and imperfections with a compound mixture and sand down until smooth
  • Prime the walls to improve adhesion for the paint
